Learn more at www.protexin.com The Role: We are seeking Validation Engineer, where your expertise will play a vital role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. In this key position, you will be part of the team responsible for validating that our manufacturing processes, equipment, and facilities adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Responsibilities: Supporting the Validation Manager H&W Europe to execute the onsite validation strategy in accordance with the Site Validation Master Plan and regulatory requirements (ISO, GMP etc.) Conducting GxP risk assessments on equipment, computer systems and processes. Preparation and execution of equipment, facilities, and utilities validation protocols for new and existing systems. Preparation and execution of validation activities on computer systems and software. Assisting the Validation Manager H&W Europe with implementing and maintaining cleaning validation and process validation programs. Preparation of validation reviews in accordance with the validation review schedule. Assisting the Validation Manager H&W Europe with project work ensuring work is planned, executed, and implemented in a proficient and timely manner. Coordinating and maintaining the equipment calibration schedule. Generating, amending, and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and Works Instructions and conducting of training thereafter to relevant staff as required. Supporting with the maintenance of the site QMS. Qualifications: Hold a degree in a scientific or engineering field or have equivalent experience. Knowledge of GMP with the pharmaceutical industry. Understanding of validation requirements within the pharmaceutical industry. Skills and Competencies: A good understanding of GMP and awareness of validation. Good numeracy, analytical and IT literacy skills. Good communication skills and ability to build relationships. Ability to manage multiple projects and work autonomously as well as within a team.
