Key Responsibilities Handling a variety of private client matters, including wills, trusts, probate, estate administration, and powers of attorney. Managing and prioritizing a caseload, ensuring that all work is completed accurately and within required deadlines. Providing clear, concise, and professional advice to clients, maintaining high standards of client care. Assisting with drafting documents and correspondence, while ensuring compliance with legal and firm standards. Liaising effectively with clients, colleagues, and third-party professionals to maintain smooth workflow and client satisfaction. Candidate Requirements The successful candidate will demonstrate: Qualifications: Newly qualified Legal Executive or Solicitor with up to 3 years post-qualification experience (PQE).
