Our client is a well-established business that provide an engineer service to their clients, due to growth they require scheduling/planning team leader to join their team. The role will require booking planned works in 6 months in advance and ad hoc maintenance, repair and installation visits, the planning coordinator is also responsible for route planning, booking hotel accommodation. Customer order logging onto CRM Lead the team and implement a robust process for scheduling Coordinate the most cost effective planning & scheduling and train the team to focus on this Handle customer queries/requests Respond to inbound & make outbound calls Schedule reactive & planned works to meet customer SLA’s Check engineer reports and process on to internal team to payment Excellent customer service skills Build relationships with clients and engineers
