We are a football club with a desire to be the best and are always looking for talented people to join our Everton Family.
Everton is a workplace people crave to join, where extraordinary talented people belong, thrive and deliver the remarkable.
Who are we: We are Everton - one of only three clubs to have been founding members of both the Football League and the Premier League. We are proud of our rich and successful history, our innovation, and our global fan base – and we are now getting ready for the next exciting chapter in our story.
In summer 2025, we will leave Goodison Park, our iconic home for more than 130 years, and move to a state-of-the-art 52,888-capacity stadium on the banks of the River Mersey. Our new home will be among the most sustainable, accessible and technologically advanced in the country.
About the opportunity: In Summer 2025, we will kick off our first Premier League season in our new home on the Liverpool waterfront. The new stadium provides a huge opportunity to engage with supporters via a state-of-the-art production infrastructure.
We require a Venue Digital Production Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our Everton Stadium audio-visual output; across LED perimeter advertising, over 700 TVs and two of the country’s largest giant LED screens.
You will work closely with stakeholders across the Club’s communications, commercial, and technology teams to meet the digital production needs of all events within the venue. This covers matchdays and events all year round, from meetings and conferences to tours and concerts.
This role means that not only will you get to be a part of something special as we move towards entering our new Everton Stadium, but you will be responsible for driving forward a key strategic pillar for the Club.
Who we’re looking for: We are looking for a proven production professional with knowledge and experience of broadcast and production systems, including live event production, as well as a strong grasp of the concepts and utilizations of IPTV, live streaming, and other relevant technologies.
You will need excellent organisational, planning, and time management skills to balance multiple ongoing projects and significant experience of working within a fast-moving production environment.
If you have the vision, creativity, and technical understanding to plan and deliver screen content which will enthral thousands of fans each week, we want to hear from you.
This position is on a permanent contract and will be contracted to 35 hours per week; however, given the nature of the sports and events industries, regular weekend and evening work will be required for this position.
Initially, this role will be based at the Club’s iconic headquarters in the Royal Liver Building, but as the new stadium becomes fully operational, it will be based there. Where the role allows, there will be an opportunity to work flexibly with our hybrid working approach.
The closing date of this advert is on Tuesday, January 21, 2025.
We reserve the right to close this vacancy early should we receive a substantial amount of applications.
