Human Resources Business Partner
We’re looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to join us in London. We are seeking a Business Partner who thrives in a constantly changing environment to join our team. In this fast-paced role, you will become a trusted advisor to senior leaders and a champion for building a positive, high-performing, and inclusive work environment. You will partner with stakeholders to develop people strategies and coach them on effective people management practices. You will also play a key role in driving people initiatives and navigating organisational change.
The ideal candidate will be a strong relationship builder with a diverse background, comfortable working in an ambiguous environment. They will be a pro-active thought leader who thrives on change and can translate ideas into actionable proposals.

What will you be doing?
1. Partner with senior leaders and people managers to develop and implement people strategies that align with business goals.
2. Advise and coach line managers on effective people management practices, including performance management and career development.
3. Play a pivotal role in supporting change management initiatives.
4. Develop clear communication strategies to keep employees informed and engaged throughout the change process.
5. Be a resourceful problem solver and navigate ambiguity to ensure a smooth implementation.
6. Analyse people data and translate findings into actionable recommendations for leadership.
7. Support driving functional People plans by building proposals and recommendations for People initiatives.
We tend to look for people with:
Essential:
1. Experience in a diverse background (e.g., multiple roles/industries, consulting).
2. Proven experience or strong foundation level knowledge of multiple People disciplines e.g. performance management, talent management, compensation and change.
3. Proven track record of partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing business decisions.
4. Experience working in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
5. Strong problem-solving skills.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport at all levels.
7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
8. Resourceful and adept at finding creative solutions and building internal networks.
9. Thrives in ambiguity and embraces change.
Desirable:
1. People Business Partnering experience.
2. Matrix environment experience.
3. Degree or relevant qualification in Human Resources or other related field.
