Location: Sandwell and Birmingham NHS Hospitals
Employment: Full-time & Part-time, permanent – 37.5hrs a week + flexible working options!
Salary: Band 5: £28,407- £34,581 per annum + NHS benefits

This is an exciting new opportunity for a Healthy Child Practitioner to join one of the UK’s largest NHS teaching trusts – Sandwell and Birmingham NHS Hospitals.
