Sales Consultant – Leased & Tenanted Pubs in the South West of England
Homebased – Travel required
We are currently recruiting a talented and collaborative Sales Consultant to join our On-Trade Leased & Tenanted Pub Team in the Local Sector, which is experiencing significant year-on-year growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive new business within Leased & Tenanted pubs while developing key accounts
* Win new customers for Brakes by meeting minimum spend criteria
* Retain and grow existing key customers
* Build strong relationships with telephone account managers to manage leads
* Collaborate with external Pub Co area managers to identify new opportunities within their estate
* Identify innovations and improvements to the L&T deal to maintain our position as the UK's leading foodservice wholesaler
* Implement territory plans as set out by your line manager
Requirements:
* Passion for pub food and customer service
* Personable, driven, organised, resilient, and able to work collaboratively within a national team
* Inclusive working environment and commitment to integrity and honesty
* Proven experience in managing customers face-to-face or over the phone
* Demonstrated knowledge of account retention and growth, target-driven achievements, stakeholder management, and Excel/Powerpoint skills
