This role involves managing and supporting contract administration, ensuring compliance, accurate reporting, and effective delivery of provider contracts.
As an Atamis Superuser, the post holder will maintain the contract database, assist in performance reporting, support team communication, and manage a portfolio of community contracts to ensure value for money and optimal outcomes.
* An Atamis Superuser, responsible for ensuring the database and contract register is up to date and accessible to all enabling accurate reporting.
* Support the delivery of contracts, ensuring that they achieve their objectives & are delivered to high quality standards, within target timescales & within budget.
* Support the day-to-day contract management of Provider contracts, ensuring all aspects of provider contract compliance, monitoring & management of reporting runs in accordance with any contractual or locally agreed timetable.
* Work with all team members in the collection of information for performance reporting on relevant team projects.
* Act as a point of contact for teams, dealing & responding effectively with queries from stakeholders & passing on relevant information to appropriate team members.
* Develop and maintain effective filing systems, to ensure that information is kept securely & is accessible to other members of the team.
* Prepare both internal and Provider meeting agendas, minutes & distribute to all parties.
* Provide administrative support to all team members in a range of department initiatives.
* Work together with other team members to provide an effective network of communication.
* Assist in the preparation of contracts documentation and manage a portfolio of small community contracts with support to ensure value for money and the best outcomes for our patients.
* Carry out other appropriate delegated duties as required.
