Job Title: Regional Support Manager
Location: Glasgow
Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 (plus mileage & expenses)
About the Role:
Our client, a well-known and ambitious care provider with exciting growth plans, is looking for an Regional Support Manager. This role supports the Regional Operations Manager and Home Managers across their region, ensuring high-quality care, compliance with regulatory standards, and operational excellence. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Registered Nurse (RGN) with a strong background in management and a passion for improving care standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct internal audits and work with Home Managers to develop action plans.
* Assist Home Managers in delivering exceptional care and operational efficiency.
* Provide short-term coverage for Home Managers during absences (sickness & annual leave).
* Act as a positive role model and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
Requirements:
* Active Nurse PIN (RGN).
* Substantial knowledge of regulatory standards, including the Mental Capacity Act 2005.
* Experience in budgeting, resource management, and team leadership.
* Strong analytical skills for identifying key strengths, training needs, and areas for service improvement.
* Ability to build and maintain relationships with local authorities, CCGs, and other stakeholders.
