Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Decontamination Services Department for an Apprentice Technician at Pinderfields Hospital. To be eligible for a funded apprenticeship, you must be over the age of 16, a resident in the UK for the last 3 years and you must not hold a level 3 qualification (or above) or an NVQ Level 2 qualification in the same pathway or subject, e.g., BTEC or GCSE. The duration of this apprenticeship programme will be 12 to 18 months and you will achieve a Level 2 Diploma in Healthcare Science. This qualification will be administered through satisfactory attendance with the registered provider and satisfactory completion. This is a full time position, working 37.5 hours per week. Some shift work may be required. Please note that the pay scale will be as follows.
