We are looking for recent graduates (within the past 18 months) to join our firm – the role is for an internship leading to a graduate analyst position. Artis Partners is a Corporate Finance boutique now spinning out of DAI Magister and already working with influential entrepreneurs, venture Capital firms and rapidly growing technology companies in the US and Europe on both M&A transactions and Equity fundraisings. The firm’s professionals have recently announced the deSPAC of Fusemachines ($277m combination with Consilium), set to close in early January, and in late stages on several more three figure transactions in the US and European technology sector set to announce in coming weeks. The firm’s pipeline of new business is much greater than expected and hence this requirement to add resource earlier than originally planned. The principals at Artis have a combined 50 years of experience advising growth companies including founding and/or managing Broadview (acquired by Jefferies), Arma Partners Atlas Technology Partners in the US and Magister Advisors in Europe. This is a unique opportunity to join a new firm aiming to become a reference advisor to companies in its target sectors with very competitive remuneration and the opportunity to work directly with some of most experienced bankers in the industry. Key responsibilities Participate actively in the execution of M&A and Capital Raising transactions Work on multiple projects and transactions at any given time Prepare valuations; include comparable companies analysis, comparable transaction analysis, discounted cash flow analysis and leveraged buyout analysis Help create client marketing materials for M&A and private placement assignments as well as pitch books and other presentations supporting sale processes Conduct research of targeted industries, market segments, buyers, companies and transaction activity Maintain firm’s information databases/repositories Construct and produce accurate, impactful presentation materials in support of on-going advisory assignments and origination efforts Key competencies: Relevant investment banking experience, specifically in executing M&A transactions experience is preferred but not a prerequisite; however, applicants should have a genuine interest in the space Flexible and able to adapt to changing situations, with excellent prioritisation skills Rigorous eye for detail Insightful, reasoned and a self-starter We are looking for one or more recent graduates (within past 18 months) to join our firm – the role is for an internship leading to a graduate analyst position. The ideal candidate would have previous experience in Corporate Finance and ideally direct experience in the Technology sector. Preference is for a graduate with a degree in Natural Sciences, Computer Science, Engineering, Maths, Economics or similar subject with exceptional academic results. The successful applicant for this position must reside and be authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
