What You’ll Be Doing
As the Admin Coordinator, you’ll play a vital part in supporting the team with day-to-day operations, helping everything stay on track:

Organising and attending meetings, taking clear and concise minutes

Writing agendas and compiling reports for Managers
*
Updating calendars, flagging key dates and upcoming events
*
Scheduling tasks and meetings efficiently
*
Following up on action points and providing ad hoc team support
*
Managing daily, weekly, and annual admin tasks
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who is not only super organised but confident communicating across all levels of a business:

Minimum of 2 years’ office experience
*
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
*
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal

Comfortable working with senior team members
