The HR Coordinator role is varied. You will need to be flexible, work closely with your team and manage your time effectively. Being part of the People Services team allows you to develop a good level of experience covering a broad range of HR activities. It gives you the opportunity to build your knowledge of HR policies and processes to gain an understanding of the range of issues managers face. You can also develop skills such as analysis, communication and time management. This experience is an excellent grounding for developing your HR expertise and over the course of time you will be exposed to all the different teams within People Services e.g. Organisation Management & Onboarding, Employee Lifecycle and Payroll.
What you’ll be doing as a HR Coordinator
* Support HR Administration across the People Team
* Process and resolve cases within the agreed Service Level Agreement
* Collaborate with the wider team to support operational and business needs
* Maintain and update the organisations structure within SAP, ensuring accuracy and compliance
* Provide reports and updates on organisational changes as required
* Participate in cross-skilling opportunities to support other areas of the business
* Continuously improve processes and contribute to team efficiency
What you should bring to the role
* Experience in a HR role
* Ability to use IT confidently
* Ability to manage and understand complex data
* Excellent communication and attention to detail skills
* An awareness of the wider HR Function roles, policies and processes.
