We're looking for a Marketing Lead Designer who expects more from their career. It's a chance to extend and improve Tesco Media's Marketing Team. It's an opportunity to work with a market-leading business to explore new opportunities and enable Tesco Media and its clients to grow.
You will lead the Tesco Media marketing and sales team to brilliance by developing creative concepts that are on brand and distinctive to help Tesco Media's presence in market.
What you'll be working on
1. Work closely with the Marketing team to develop best in class creative concepts that tell our story and make us stand out in the market.
2. Provide strategic visual direction and design expertise on the arrangement of typography, photography and graphics both on and offline to inform and inspire action.
3. Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders to deliver against the Project Brief as supplied by the marketing team on time and within budget.
4. Contribute to the creative teams' knowledge and growth in design and technical expertise and continuously look for ways to improve processes.
5. Be the Tesco Media brand champion and expert brand strategy with responsibility to own and develop the brand guidelines.
6. Educate the wider teams to ensure they're effectively deploying the Tesco Media brand to ensure consistent in market.
7. Design work will be across but not exclusive to website, event comms, sales decks, one pagers, LinkedIn, short animation clips, moving image.
What we expect from you
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
2. Experience working in graphic design post qualifications
3. Media industry experience is highly desirable
4. Excellent design skills
5. Working knowledge of the full Adobe Creative Suite - especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
6. Have a great portfolio showcasing unique creative ideas and passion for design
