In this role, you'll ensure healthcare workers remain compliant, making compliance easier for our clients and their candidates. Key Responsibilities: Be a first point of contact for customers, handling queries and escalating issues. Work collaboratively as part of a supportive team, using Microsoft Teams to Liase internally. Provide technical support to clients and service users. Use our Hubspot CRM. Organise and manage electronic data, documents, and computer-based information on EDMS. Utilise various software packages (Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Access) to produce documents, presentations, spreadsheets, and databases. Gain expert knowledge of the industry and HB Group's offerings. Innovate and strive for continuous improvement in service delivery. What we are looking for: Required skills: Team player with excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
