We are working with a successful and growing dive school expanding into an innovative activity centre near Bangor, North Wales. They are looking for a creative and organised Marketing Executive to join their team and play a key role in driving awareness, engagement, and bookings for the venue.
About the Role
Key responsibilities include:
* Content Creation: Developing engaging newsletters, blogs, and website updates to attract and retain customers.
* Campaign Management: Designing and executing email marketing campaigns to drive bookings and brand loyalty.
* Community Engagement: Representing the centre at local events and networking opportunities to build relationships and promote activities.
* Brand Development: Enhancing the centre's visibility through creative marketing strategies.
About You
The ideal candidate:
* Has around two years of marketing experience, ideally in a B2C environment.
* Is skilled in content creation with a strong sense of storytelling and SEO optimisation.
* Speaks Welsh fluently, enabling meaningful connections with the local community.
* Holds a full driving licence for easy access to the location.
* Has a passion for, or experience in, outdoor activities or diving (a bonus!).

* A salary of £25,000–£35,000 (negotiable upon experience).
