Job Overview: The Regional Sales Manager UK will support the growth of Evident's business in the EMEA region, leading the UK MIS sales team, developing local strategies, managing sales pipelines, and maintaining customer relationships. The role may be based in the UK.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead the UK MIS sales team to meet revenue targets.
2. Coach sales representatives to develop healthy sales pipelines.
3. Conduct team meetings and territory visits.
4. Develop strategies to expand the microscopy business in clinical and research sectors.
5. Collaborate with the EMEA management team to meet regional targets.
6. Support key accounts and organize trade fairs.
7. Work with the High End Sales Director to increase market share.
8. Develop reseller and partner strategies.
Requirements:
1. Education: Degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related field.
2. Experience: At least 5 years in technical sales, preferably in scientific equipment or healthcare, with experience in tenders. Proven sales success and microscopy knowledge preferred. Experience in coaching and managing teams in a matrix organization is required.
3. Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, commercial awareness, results orientation, customer focus, and collaboration skills.
4. Physical: Willingness to travel regularly within the UK and occasionally within EMEA.
