Job Title: Supported Living Regional Manager
Location: Mansfield and Northampton
Salary: Up to £40,000 inclusive of car allowance
Are you an experienced social care manager with a passion for supporting individuals with learning disabilities? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as the Supported Living Regional Manager for the East Midlands. Reporting to the Head of Support and Inclusion for England, you will oversee the Supported Living Managers in Nottinghamshire and Northamptonshire, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, individualised support services.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership: Provide direction and leadership to regional management teams.
Relationship Building: Develop positive relationships with local commissioners, support providers, and the people we support.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the senior management team to develop and implement operational plans aligned with the organisation's goals.
Change Management: Support and manage change to foster ongoing service development.
Inclusion Promotion: Ensure active involvement of the people we support in all aspects of their care, including recruitment, policy reviews, and quality monitoring.
Holistic Support: Work collaboratively with Local Authorities, Health commissioners, and the wider MDT to provide comprehensive support.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a manager in the learning disabilities sector.
Extensive knowledge of working with individuals with varied support needs and relevant legislative standards.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead multiple teams and individuals.
Problem-solving skills and innovative approaches to support delivery.
Based in Mansfield and Northampton with regular travel across the region.
A current UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
Reliability and flexibility, as this role is not always a 9-5 job.

Multi-Site/Area Manager Experience
NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management
Driver's Licence
