When guests enter one of our hotels, they walk into a genuinely memorable experience. As a Night Guest Services Assistant, you’ll not only be the person they rely on to handle check-in and serve them food and drink, but you will also offer local insights and anticipate every detail of a friction-free experience. You’ll also create a warm atmosphere that makes our guests feel at home.
Your day-to-day
1. Be the warm welcome that kicks off a memorable guest experience
2. Encourage guests to partake in the Hilton Honors loyalty program
3. Take and manage guest bookings, and up-selling opportunities and tell them about ways to improve their stay
4. Handle cash and credit transactions in accordance to Heeton standard operating procedures.
5. Start every stay right by swiftly checking guests by Hampton brand standards
6. Serve food and drinks in the bar and restaurant
7. Help with washing up and other kitchen duties when needed
8. Be a trusted contact for all guests. Help them with anything from bill issues to local knowledge, and loop in management when necessary
9. Stay safe all the time. Following our safety procedures, you’ll report all incidents and wear any protective gear needed
10. Take pride in your appearance and place as a brand ambassador
11. Work as part of the team to assist with Reception, Bar, Restaurant and Kitchen
12. Jump into other ad-hoc duties when your colleagues need your help
What we need from you
1. Excellent customer service skills
2. Hospitality experience preferred
3. Must speak fluent English
