About the role
We are looking for a Social Media Executive to join our team on an 8 month contract.
In this role, you’ll create and deliver impactful social campaigns, craft engaging posts, analyse performance using tools like Google Analytics, and collaborate with internal teams and influencers. You’ll also stay ahead of trends to keep our brand competitive and support colleagues with social media expertise.

You will be responsible for
* I develop and execute the digital content strategy in line with our comms plan, ensure the correct channels are used to meet audience needs, working closely with the wider Customer team.
* I deliver end-to-end social campaigns, including planning, coordinating, segmenting, targeting, set-up, testing, reporting, and optimisation.
* I create posts that are memorable, engaging and relevant, promoting readers to take action.
* I track and analyse social performance and provide recommendations based on customer trends and behaviour in conjunction with our target audiences.
* I work with the wider Customer and other internal teams such as Community, Online, People, Product, Property and Insight teams, to create engaging and impactful campaigns, analysing findings and using results for future campaigns and growth.
* I keep abreast of digital platforms, upcoming trends and innovation to ensure that the brand maintains competitive advantage.
* I educate and upskill other team members, provide support and guidance with social media.
* I deliver and schedule all social media outputs using tools like Hootsuite to manage multiple social media channels.
* I manage and schedule engaging competitions and campaigns working with a range of brands and external suppliers.
* I form key relationships with influencers and suppliers across the social media platforms. Also working with relevant contacts within the Group.
* I am responsible for monitoring and reporting on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics.
* I facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions, generating positive UGC.
* I build strong internal relationships and collaborate across all key teams within the office, e.g Customer, Product, Online, People, Property and Community
You will need
Skills:
* Strong social media marketing campaign experience
* Experience with paid media, ads and targeting
* Experience with scheduling, channel activation and creative
* Good general digital experience
* Experience with analysis & reporting to determine ROI of campaigns
Qualifications:
* Marketing degree, CIM or similar qualification
* Ideally a commercial / FMCG, e-communication marketing background
* Analytical, with data-lead approach
