We’re recruiting for an experienced Cover Supervisor to join a secondary school in Newcastle. This flexible, rewarding role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working with young people and have strong classroom management skills. As a Cover Supervisor, you'll be responsible for overseeing the class during the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring students remain on task and complete their work.
In this role, you’ll be working across a variety of subjects and age groups, covering for short-term teacher absences, and providing a structured and supportive classroom environment. This is an ideal position for someone looking for flexibility, as hours can vary depending on the school's needs. You’ll be able to build relationships with students and help them stay focused and engaged with their studies.
