Role Overview
The Senior Enforcement Manager posts are responsible for ensuring appropriate support for Local Authority Environmental Health teams in relation to the delivery of food law enforcement. This involves:
1. Engaging with Environmental Health colleagues across Scotland.
2. Providing expert food law advice and technical support to field officers.
3. Assisting with Scottish National Database (SND) activities.
4. Offering technical guidance to FSS and Scottish Government teams.
5. Producing food law enforcement guidance.
