Minitab is seeking a Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Specialist to manage full-cycle recruitment and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. In this role, you’ll source, screen, and engage top talent while overseeing the interview and onboarding process. You will serve as a key ambassador of Minitab’s recruitment efforts, supporting candidates every step of the way.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage full recruitment life cycle, from initial outreach through pre-boarding.
2. Utilise LinkedIn Recruiter to build and maintain a high-quality candidate pipeline.
3. Coordinate and schedule interviews, including travel arrangements, debriefs, and offer letters.
4. Oversee onboarding tasks to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
5. Maintain requisitions and candidate data in Greenhouse.
6. Keep candidates engaged and informed throughout the hiring process, offering a seamless experience from interview to offer acceptance.
Qualifications:
1. 4+ years of talent acquisition and sourcing experience.
2. University degree in Business or related field (or equivalent experience).
3. Strong interview scheduling and candidate management skills.
4. If remote, willingness to travel to the office monthly or quarterly.
5. Experience of hiring across EMEA/APAC highly desired.
6. Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
