The Lung Cancer Research group, in collaboration with the Department of Health Data Science and the Computational Biology Facility, are looking for an experienced or recently qualified data scientist to work on a Cancer Research UK funded project to develop multi-disciplinary approach to multi-omic data for prediction of lung cancer. You should have a master’s degree in health data science or a related discipline, or equivalent experience of using a range of statistical techniques for analysis of health data or biomarker analysis, preferably including machine learning, causal inference or prediction modelling.
