We are seeking an SEN Teacher to join our specialist provision in Portsmouth, supporting students aged 4 to 19 with diverse learning needs. In this role, you'll be more than just a teacher - you'll be a mentor, guide, and advocate for students who need a tailored, student-first approach to learning.

Who Are We Looking For?
✔️ A qualified teacher (QTS, PGCE, or equivalent) with UK-based teaching experience
✔️ An SEN specialist or mainstream teacher with a drive to support children with additional needs
✔️ Someone with patience, resilience, and the ability to adapt lessons creatively
✔️ A teacher who wants to make a real impact beyond grades and exams
