Job Description
As a Customer Experience Advisor, you will be supporting clients that are going through the remortgage process, handling a variety of enquiries ensuring these are resolved promptly and efficiently alongside service level agreements.
You will be handling a high volume of inbound calls and will be working alongside a team of caseworkers to chase up documentation and information required for the file.
The role will be working in a busy contact centre environment, ensuring the remortgage process is as smooth as possible and the highest level of support is provided!
The Successful Applicant
Previous customer service experience from a range of backgrounds.
Able to work in a demanding and busy environment.
Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner.
Able to work under pressure and towards set timescales.
An excellent team player.
