A day in the life of… As Reservations & Revenue Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the hotel pricing strategy, ensuring maximum revenue, market share and the successful conversion of reservation enquiries from individuals and groups into materialised bookings. You will manage day to day relationships with local corporate bookers and utilise sales opportunities to maximise revenue. You will Lead the reservations team, ensure appropriate staffing levels, effective distribution of workload and ensuring that the correct standards of service are maintained. Based in the Hampton by Hilton Sheffield you will be part of a team of passionate people who know that being the best doesn’t always mean working around the clock.
