We're teaming up with our client to find a new member to join their team. They are looking for an Microsoft Excel expert, an organised individual with a keen eye for detail and an experienced Payroll candidate.
You will be responsible for converting Excel spreadsheets into a new format for seamless importing into the Merit Payroll system. This role requires someone who can handle a busy workload, effectively communicate, and collaborate with various teams within the organisation.
Job Responsibilities:
* Convert Excel spreadsheets into a different format for smooth importing into the Merit payroll system
* Handle incoming emails and calls
* Escalate issues as needed
* Cross reference and check all contact details are correct and accurate
* Utilise strong Excel skills for data management and analysis
Requirements:
1. Proficient in Microsoft Excel
2. Experience in a role involving Payroll
3. Due to the remote location of the office, a driver is preferred
