MCS Group is delighted to be assisting a key client source a temporary Finance Assistant.
Urgent need. Bangor area. Fully onsite.
Part-time & Full-time hours considered - 3 - 5 Days per week.
The successful candidate will assist with the following duties:
* Sales Ledger – including bank lodgements, cash posting and credit control.
* Purchase Ledger – including invoice input, payment allocation, supplier reconciliations and online banking.
* Reconcile bank statements and nominal ledger accounts.
* Assist with the year-end audit.
* General office administration including telephone cover.
About You:
* The ideal candidate will be reliable and conscientious with a minimum of 12 months accounts experience.
* Keen to learn; there will be opportunities for the right candidate to progress into more in-depth balance sheet reconciliations.
* Experience within the motor industry would be advantageous including the use of Kerridge system. However, full training will be provided.
* Strong attention to detail and a team player.
* Good IT skills, particularly MS Office including Excel.
Competitive hourly rate on offer and our client will consider candidates seeking a 3-5 day week.
