Our client is a well-established organisation undergoing an exciting period of transformation. With a commitment to enhancing operational efficiency and streamlining HR processes, they are investing in their people systems and payroll function. As part of this ongoing development, they are looking for an experienced HRIS & Payroll Advisor to support their HR and payroll operations.
Reporting into the HR Operations Partner, this role will be responsible for maintaining and optimising HR systems, ensuring data integrity, and delivering an efficient and compliant payroll service. You will act as a key point of contact for HR systems, supporting both HR and payroll processes, improving reporting capabilities, and ensuring best practices across the organisation.
You will have a strong background in HR systems and end to end payroll processing, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Experience in system configuration, data analysis, and compliance with payroll regulations will be essential. Strong communication skills will enable you to work effectively with HR, finance, and IT teams, ensuring seamless integration and efficiency across functions. You will be a robust and resilient individual who is comfortable working collaboratively in an environment that is in a period of transformation.
