Are you a passionate and resilient SEN Teaching Assistant ready to make a real impact? We are looking for an experienced TA to work 1:1 with a bright but energetic 9-year-old boy in Year 3 who has ADHD and presents challenging behaviours.
This role requires someone firm but fair, someone who won’t let him get away with everything but isn’t too strict either. Your calm and consistent approach will help build a trusting relationship, allowing him to thrive both academically and socially. If you have a natural ability to set clear boundaries, provide structure, and offer emotional reassurance, this could be the perfect role for you.
