Responsibilities
Assist the Team Manager in the day-to-day operational management of the social care team.
Support staff in the delivery of person-centered care and ensure adherence to care plans.
Conduct assessments and reviews of clients' needs and circumstances in collaboration with the care team.
Facilitate training and development opportunities for staff to enhance service delivery and career growth.
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures in all aspects of service provision.
Monitor and evaluate care service delivery for quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.
Assist in managing budgets and resources effectively to meet service demands.
Requirements
A recognized social work or relevant professional qualification.
Significant experience in adult social care, including supervisory or managerial responsibilities.
Thorough knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and best practices in social care.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex cases and support vulnerable adults.
Commitment to continuous professional development and improvement in service delivery.
Hours Per Week: 36.50
Start Time: 08:30
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £12.85
Location: Sutton-In-Ashfield, Nottinghamshire
