Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team as we revolutionise the sales support landscape! We're seeking a proactive individual to ensure a seamless journey from opportunity to revenue realisation. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love contributing to departmental growth, this role is for you!
Responsibilities:
1. Provide proactive support to our sales teams.
2. Deal with master funding platforms to streamline processes and enhance workflow efficiency.
3. Collaborate cross-functionally to address queries promptly, ensuring clear communication with all stakeholders.
4. Manage daily tasks and ensure timely completion of invoicing to meet business requirements.
5. Generate insightful monthly reports and identify areas for improvement.
6. Work closely with finance to manage cash forecasting and reporting accurately.
7. Utilize funding portals and e-signature platforms to support payout processes effectively. Training given!
8. Monitor and resolve queries to mitigate delays in the payout process.
9. Maintain high responsiveness by managing relevant inboxes effectively.
10. Ensure compliance with processes and regulations, verifying accuracy of documentation and pricing.
11. Support training and development within the team and assist in process improvement initiatives.

Experience and Skills Required:
1. Previous Sales Administration skills.
2. Strong MS Office abilities and able to pick up internal systems with ease.
3. Previous experience in managing the financial aspects of sales transactions and handling invoicing for both customers and funders.
4. A people-oriented individual with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges from differing personalities.
5. Strong multitasking abilities and a track record of meeting deadlines effectively.
6. Meticulous attention to detail and superb organisational skills, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable engaging with diverse stakeholders.
8. Self-motivated and able to work autonomously, yet able to work within a team setting.
9. Possesses a proactive mindset and a can-do attitude, always ready to take on new tasks and responsibilities.
