Position Overview:
We’re seeking a confident, knowledgeable, and friendly Parts Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be on the front lines, assisting our customers via phone, email, and live chat to ensure they find exactly what they need. You’ll use your strong communication skills and technical knowledge to help customers identify the correct parts for their vehicles, enhancing their experience with fast, accurate, and courteous support.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist customers in identifying the correct parts for their vehicles over the phone, email, and live chat.
2. Provide prompt, clear, and courteous responses to customer inquiries and orders.
3. Offer technical advice to ensure customers make informed purchasing decisions.
4. Resolve customer issues efficiently, aiming for first-contact resolution wherever possible.
5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product offerings to confidently support customers.
6. Liaise with other departments to fulfill customer needs and ensure seamless service.
7. Keep accurate records of interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
