Diffblue is a fast growing start-up changing the way software is developed using Artificial Intelligence.
We’re looking for a part-time Events and office coordinator to join us at Diffblue for 22.5 hours / week (spread across 5 days), reporting to the VP of HR. This is a hybrid role which requires regular visits to the Oxford office as needed and for company meetings.
Diffblue is entering a new stage of growth and we’re looking for an enthusiastic, well organised, detail oriented individual to join our team to help us with day to day office management (co working space), events administration, support the Marketing team with the events management and assist the CEO with occasional projects. This role offers various career paths, and will be a great opportunity for someone to grow into Marketing or Office Administration or EA roles.
Key Responsibilities
* Arrange events as needed and when required for the office (fun team) and leadership team - includes booking rooms for external meetings, meals, travel bookings (Hotel and Flights as needed)
* Support the marketing team with event management and related logistics
* Update the Asset register and order any office equipment, office supplies as needed
* Point of contact for everything related to the running of the office
* Assist the CEO with arranging the Board meetings (using Doodle), VC meetings and any other meetings as required
* Systems Admin support: work closely with IT on all IT equipment needs, software usage, renewals and setting up applications in Cledara, cloud services, phones etc aim is always to reduce spend where possible
* Any others tasks as required suitable for the role
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
