Main Contractor £20m Student Accommodation Scheme

Site Location: Birmingham City Centre

Permanent: up to £85,000 + Package

We are currently searching for a Project Manager to lead a new Student Accommodation scheme in Birmingham. The scheme will see the refurbishment of 2 existing blocks along with the construction of 3 new traditional build blocks up to 3 storeys.

As Project Manager you will be the project lead reporting to a visiting Contracts Manager.

Role:

1. Project Planning: Develop project schedules, allocate resources, and coordinate logistics.
2. Team Leadership: Manage subcontractors, site teams, and ensure efficient collaboration.
3. Budget and Cost Control: Monitor project budgets, approve variations, and ensure profitability.
4. Quality Assurance: Ensure all work adheres to specifications, industry standards, and client requirements.
