My client, based in Worcester, is seeking a Customer Service Advisor on a permanent basis.
Job Description
As Customer Service Advisor, based in Worcester, you will be responsible for the following:
3. Telephony customer service
4. Logging each call on my clients CRM system
5. Following up on important calls to ensure that the query has been resolved
The Successful Applicant
The successful Customer Service Advisor will have:
6. Customer Service experience either F2F or in an office based setting
7. Basic IT Skills
8. Excellent communication skills
