Sales Administrator | Witney | £30,000pa - £33,000pa plus benefits:
A specialist manufacturer based in the heart of Witney is looking to recruit a Sales Administrator to join a busy sales department dealing with sales orders across 80 countries worldwide. The Sales Administrator will be responsible for:
1. Working on customer enquiries
2. Order processing
3. Booking shipping
4. Liaison with customers, freight agents, and internally with assembly, despatch, accounts, and the wider team as necessary
This Sales Administration role would perfectly suit someone living in the Witney area looking for a local administration role. With flexible start and finish times, you can mould this role around your ideal start and finishes. Please note that the company also finishes early on Fridays, giving you Friday afternoons off work.
The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills and attention to detail, be fully conversant with MS Office, Word, Excel, and Teams. Our client currently operates Sage 1000 ERP system; specific knowledge is not essential as training would be provided.
An attractive salary of £30,000pa - £33,000pa is on offer with the following benefits:
1. 37 hours/week
2. Core hours 9:00 - 4:00 (some flexibility with an earlier Friday finish)
3. A 4% matched pension contribution
4. 25 days Holiday (plus Bank Holidays)
