This role involves providing 1:1 support to a male student who requires additional guidance and care to achieve his potential. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with the student to provide tailored support, fostering trust and a positive working relationship. Implement effective behaviour management strategies to maintain a productive and supportive learning environment. Support the student's emotional and social development, addressing barriers to learning. Collaborate with teaching staff and other professionals to ensure consistent and effective support. Requirements: Proven experience working in alternative provision schools or similar settings is essential. Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with patience and resilience. A compassionate and adaptable approach to building relationships with students who have experienced exclusion from mainstream education.
