This role involves processing payroll for over 600 employees across the UK while also driving key projects for Time & Attendance and Payroll systems.
Responsibilities
* Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payments to employees.
* Perform data entry and maintain payroll records, ensuring compliance
* Collaborate with the HR department to resolve payroll-related inquiries and issues.
* Conduct analysis of payroll data to identify discrepancies and improve processes.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in accounting software, including Oracle
* Excellent analytical abilities
* Background in human resources and payroll coordination
* Ability to manage payroll processes efficiently and accurately
