Henderson FoodService is the leading supplier to the food service industry in Ireland. We source and supply a range of thousands of products to customers including hotels, restaurants, and public sector organisations such as hospitals and offices.

Working as an Assembler (Frozen) you will:
Provide an efficient service to the various warehouse functions of Henderson Group, to ensure the highest level of service to our customers.
The Successful applicant will be based in Henderson Foodservice, however the role may require work across all Henderson Group Warehouses, So flexibility and adaptability are key to be successful.
The role will work cross various warehouse functions, to include picking/assembly, manual handling equipment, and general duties, With the possibility of further training and development based on business needs that may include Forklift duties and Loading.
Due to the nature of the task's, even when using manual handling- equipment, the role requires the successful candidate to undertake duties which involve pushing, pulling, lifting and manoeuvring heavy cages, boxes and packs throughout the shift.
The role will be undertaken in our Frozen and Ambient and Chilled Warehouse's.
Skills for Success
Joining us as an Assembler (Frozen)the minimum criteria you’ll need is:
Essential Criteria:
• Previous experience of working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Experience of warehouse management systems
• Experience of working in a variety of temperature-controlled environments
The Attributes you’ll need include:
• Self-motivated, capable of meeting performance targets
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Willing to work harmoniously in a team, helping your peers where required.
Desirable Criteria:
• Experience of voice picking
• Health and Safety awareness
• Manual handling trained
• Pick truck trained - ( LLOP valid licence or equivalent)

Hours of Work
We have a number of part-time and full-time opportunities available. Full-time roles will work any 5 from 6 within these days either on a Monday to Friday or Sunday to Thursday shift pattern. All roles will work 6pm-2am (Job to Finish).
