Key Responsibilities:
Establish level and survey control for contracts and set out detailed works as per contract drawings
Ensure records on health, safety, and environment are accurate and comply with organisational and legal requirements
Deliver work safely, without environmental incidents, and to the specified quality standards
Assist the Site Agent/Sub Agent in developing efficient work methods and techniques
Coordinate site engineering control, setting out activities, and provide information to operatives and subcontractors
Complete diary sheets along with any photographic evidence as required
Conduct as-built surveys on completed works and produce 2D and 3D site sketches
Mentor junior and graduate engineers as needed
Job Requirements:
Experience in site engineering, including pavement and TP144 Site Engineering
Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete and site engineering processes
Understanding of health, safety, and environmental compliance
Ability to produce accurate records and maintain quality standards
Proficiency in developing and maintaining positive working relationships
Competence in managing resources and conducting toolbox talks
Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage information accurately
