Employment Associate/Senior AssociateCardiff Chadwick Nott are instructed to be working with our Top 100 law firm client who are looking to recruit into their thriving employment team. The Employment Law team handle the full spectrum of employment law matters providing daily advice to employers, corporate and commercial support, training, and representation in employment tribunal litigation. Going beyond standard legal advice by understanding the broader business implications of their clients' decisions, they additionally offer guidance to individuals on issues such as settlement agreements, discrimination, and harassment.Due to continued growth, they are looking for an Associate/Senior Associate with at least 3 years PQE to join them in their impressive offices in central Cardiff. The successful candidate can expect to manage a diverse caseload of both contentious and non-contentious work. While the majority of work involves representing respondents, experience in acting for individuals is a plus.Key Responsibilities:Advising employers and employees on various issues, including unfair dismissal claims, discrimination claims, TUPE transfers, business restructuring/redundancies, settlement agreements, company policies and procedures, dismissals, and contractual matters.Conducting Employment Tribunal litigation.Drafting HR policies and procedures.Play an active role in business development and networking.The successful candidate will have excellent organisational, IT and communication skills.There is a competitive salary and benefits package on offer for the right candidate along with the options of flexible hybrid working.
