WE’RE LOOKING FOR A PROJECT SUPPORT COORDINATOR

We are constantly growing and are a major player in the commercial fit out industry. Which is why we are now looking for a Project Support Coordinator to keep up with an ever-increasing workload!
In this varied role, you will be undertaking general office administration and coordination of multiple projects at a time, liaising with sub-contractors and clients on site to ensure works are completed to a sufficient standard and client’s specifications are adhered to. You will work in the office 5 days a week as part of a small team, receiving ongoing training and development with the potential to advance to a Project Manager role, depending on the Company's requirements.
This role would suit someone who has Project coordination experience within the construction industry preferable with a vast amount of administrative experience or is looking for a dynamic and varied role in a fast-growing company.
We are looking for a team player who is not afraid to take on responsibility, can use their initiative and who shows and shares great commitment to ensuring the smooth delivery of tasks.
The Role
• Assisting the project team with procurement of materials.
• Raising purchase orders
• Site visits with the Project Manager to ensure works are up to standards and client specifications are met
• Provide general administration support for sales.
• Liaising with sub-contractors and suppliers.
• Compiling of Health and Safety RAMS
• Office administration
• Answering phone calls
• Additional responsibilities may include tasks such as client quotations and other duties as assigned to support project and business success
The Person
• Project administrative experience
• Construction knowledge preferred but not necessary
• Excellent IT skills and Proficient in all MS Office software, especially with Excel.
• Highly numerate
• Must be a team player
• Be comfortable working to deadlines and under pressure
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage own time aligned to business priorities
• Commutable to Ibstock, Leicestershire
Hours:
39 hours per week – 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am to 4.00pm on Friday (assuming 30 minutes lunch break)
