You will assist individuals with autism and complex needs with their daily routines and help them access new experiences.
We are looking for Male Support Workers who have a 'can do' attitude, are outgoing and caring, but can maintain a calm demeanor when needed. Experience is not necessary; the right attitude and shared values are what we seek. We will ensure you receive first-class training upon joining us and throughout your career at Hesley Group. About You
We are looking for male Support Workers to join our specialist residential service at Supported Living. We have several male individuals who require male support workers, as this may involve supporting with personal and intimate care.
It is desirable if you can speak and understand Urdu.
You do not need prior experience, just a positive attitude and a desire to improve the lives of those with learning disabilities. We will support you with progression opportunities throughout your career with us, including assistance with your Level 2 qualification to become a fully qualified Support Worker.
It is required that you can drive and hold a Full UK Driving License.
We are currently not offering sponsorship to new employees; therefore, please only apply if you have 2 years or more on your current visa.
