Job Summary
The role ofProject Manager at Trinity is toeffective manage allocated projectsspecifically within the aviation sector. Working within a projectdepartment the role involves taking ownership of project work inits entirety including elements of design estimating site surveysproject management forecasting invoicing and completiondocumentation. Work to be carried out in line with the Companysquality and customer service standards for Fire Detection PA/VA andSecurity.
PrincipalResponsibilities
* Manage Projects/contracts activities and assist indeveloping appropriate strategies for maximising projectprofitability and delivery.
* To manage allcommercial activity on allocated projects and engage in commercialreviews as required.
* To plan commissioningengineers as required for thedepartment/Job.
* To identify shortfalls inresource and advise necessary structure to achieve contract andadded value elements of the contract.
* Topromote the Company and its core values and behaviours bothinternally &externally.
Skills andKnowledge
* Demonstratableskills producing designs in relation to fire and securityinstallation.
* Detailed knowledge of fire& security products and market.
* Soundproject management experience.
* Strongcommunication skills with the ability to deal with customersendusers construction personnel and inhouse staff in a professionalmanner.
* Ability to prioritise workloads& projects to meet agreedtargets.
* Commercial knowledge and theunderstanding of JCT and NECcontracts.
