Working Pattern: 12 months fixed term contract | Full Time | Flexible First options available As a Connections Contract Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing various tasks and facilitating effective communication with stakeholders. Your job is crucial for maintaining workflow efficiency and ensuring projects progress as planned. You will collaborate closely with Connection Contract Managers (CCM) to ensure accuracy in our project's financial processes. The key duties and responsibilities of the Project Coordinator are: Coordinate with CCM's to verify applications to be received and progress to next stage and generate purchase orders and confirm accurate processing of payments. Conduct regular reviews with CCM to align on requirements and address any issues in the relevant Region. Communicate with Power Systems Finance regarding processing relevant invoices, receipts, and refunds. Act as the Secretary for Team meetings, documenting minutes, assigning action owners, and ensuring tasks are completed within agreed timelines. Assisting CCM's with Quote Acceptances, Interactivity, Assignations, and CCM data management What do I need? To be considered for this role, we would love you to have: Familiarity with the Connection business and prior project experience is advantageous. Demonstrated skill in handling multiple stakeholders simultaneously, even with competing priorities, and working efficiently. Strong organisational skills with the ability to produce quality work within set deadlines. A customer-oriented approach with a passion for understanding customer needs and dedication to excellence. High level of literacy with attention to detail, good at prioritising tasks under tight deadlines and a willingness to exceed expectations and work flexible hours when necessary.
