We're now looking for a motivated, driven & experienced Account Executive to focus on New Business, here at the Jensten Group. This is a brand new role- as we're looking to grow our Commercial clients insurance proposition in the Midlands area. The main purpose of the role is to work closely and strategically with Managers & Exec's to prospect, network and gain new Commercial clients. This will involve visiting clients and converting new business enquiries/ leads/ referrals, as well as sourcing. Some key objectives & responsibilities will include:
* Prepare market presentation, review and manage documentations for clients
* Generate new business and develop strong long lasting relationships with clients
* Dealing with all renewal business from inception to completion (to include client enquiries, and any mid-term adjustments)
* Building relationships with wider partnerships and Brokers, liaising with Underwriters to secure the best terms for the client and prepare any relevant technical documentation
* Manage relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer service To ensure compliance with local procedures, customer service standards and external compliance regulations, e.g. FCA
* As one of our New Business Account Executive's, you'll have excellent communication and written skills with a keen eye for detail. You will be the type of person who is passionate about new business and growing the book/ client base- constantly looking to secure opportunities and leads- and building relationships. * Proven experience within a Commercial broking role (essential)
* A proven track record of winning new business and maintaining a client base
* Relevant qualifications (e.g Cert CII) or working towards (ideally)
* Experience of working with internal departments (e.g Marketing) to ensure effective new business campaigns
* Great customer service skills
* Excellent telephone manner, being able to network & build working relationships easily
* Drive and genuine passion to learn and develop within Insurance
* Able to use initiative and can multi-task, updating relevant systems and admin
* Acturis systems knowledge & experience (ideally)
