Responsibilities of a Level 3 Teaching Assistant:

* Support teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
* Assist with small group interventions and 1:1 support.
* Adapt to different classroom environments and follow school policies.
* Provide a high standard of support and classroom management.
* Encourage and support pupils in their learning journey.
* Work collaboratively with staff and maintain positive relationships.

Requirements a Level 3 Teaching Assistant:
