THE ROLE: As Sales Specialist, the successful candidate will be managing, winning and growing key relationships within pathology labs and procurement within NHS and private hospitals across your region. Typical customers will be Pathologists, Biomedical Scientists, EBME, Lab Managers and technicians and purchasing / procurement. You will use your relationship building skills to form long term partnerships with customers to manage sales processes typically lasting 18 - 24 months, and closing deals.

THE PERSON:
· Must have experience of selling capital equipment to NHS hospitals
· Thorough understanding of NHS procurement
· Ideally a scientific degree, or experience of selling to histopathology labs
· An outgoing personality with excellent relationship building skills
· Fully driving license and willingness to travel
THE PACKAGE
* Salary: £45,000 - 55,000
* OTE £10,000
* Choice of car or car allowance of £660 per month

TERRITORY
The Sales Specialist will cover the West of the UK including: Birmingham, Stoke, Worcester, Gloucester, Bristol, Cardiff, Exeter.
